Israel’s leaders on Sunday joined other heads of state in congratulating HRH Queen Elizabeth II on her Platinum Jubilee.
Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett sent in a tweet: “I send my heartfelt congratulations to HRH Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of her Platinum Jubilee today, marking 70 years of dedicated service which she continues to undertake with dignity and grace”.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog also remarked on Twitter: “HM Queen Elizabeth II’s powerful sense of duty over a lifetime of public service has been a great inspiration. On behalf of the people of Israel, I congratulate The Queen on an extraordinary 70-year reign as Britain and the Royal Family celebrate the Platinum Jubilee”.
