CFI were delighted to host Health Secretary Matt Hancock on Wednesday for a special Q&A event chaired by Honorary President Lord Polak CBE.
The event, joined by more than 170 of CFI’s supporters, saw the Health Secretary cover topics ranging from UK-Israel cooperation during the pandemic, the importance of advanced technology in healthcare, the successful vaccination programme and the Government’s plan for easing lockdown restrictions.
Praising the world-leading vaccination drives of Israel and the UK, the Health Secretary said that “both of us [UK/Israel] are dynamic, science-based, open economies”. “There has been a lot of cooperation between the governments… we’re working very, very closely”, he added.
CFI would like to thank all of those that joined the event and for making it such a fascinating session.
