On Thursday, CFI Vice-Chairman, John Howell OBE MP, made a speech to the Council of Europe about what the Council could do to aid the peace process between Israel and the Palestinian Territories.
Mr Howell called on the Palestinian leadership to accept that the “State of Israel has a right to exist” and condemned the Palestinian Authority’s “naming schools after terrorists and Nazi sympathisers”.
He also called for the terror groups Hamas and Hezbollah to disarm. Mr Howell went on to ask the Council to support peaceful coexistence organisations, including the charity Save A Child’s Heart.
