According to the latest figures from the British Embassy in Israel, Israeli investment in the UK increased by 97% from £152 million in June 2016-May 2017, to £289 million from June 2017-August 2018.
It was revealed that from June 2017 to July 2018, 33 Israeli companies have set up or expanded in the UK, creating 610 new jobs in the UK.
There are over 350 Israeli companies operating in the UK and bilateral trade between the UK and Israel now stands at a record £6.9 billion, increasing by 25% in 2017.
In May, CFI led a trade-focused delegation to Israel with eight senior Conservative parliamentarians to explore opportunities to deepen the partnership as Britain leaves the EU.
