Prime Minister Boris Johnson has celebrated the UK-Israel friendship and underlined that “under this Government, the UK’s support for Israel’s security will be unflinching”, in CFI’s new edition of Informed Magazine.
He asserts: “The Conservative Party stands firmly with our friends in Israel, and I am proud that under this Government the relationship between the United Kingdom and Israel continues to go from strength to strength”.
Emphasising “unflinching” support for Israel’s security, PM Johnson writes: “We will always back Israel’s right to self-defence”. “A year on from the Abraham Accords, we can see that progress in the Middle East is possible”, he adds.
In his letter, Prime Minister Johnson thanks CFI for its work, writing: “The work of CFI has an important role to play in informing Conservative MPs and other elected representatives of the latest developments in the region, and in making the case for Israel more widely”.
The magazine features articles by a number of Conservatives, including CFI’s Parliamentary Chairmen Rt. Hon. Stephen Crabb MP and Rt. Hon. The Lord Pickles, Chair of the UK Abraham Accords Group Rt.
